Mr. Ferber co-founded the Company in early 2011 and has been its Chairman since inception. Mr. Ferber is a true visionary and pioneer of the digital world, having created one of the first-ever online interactive games, HoverRace, and co-founding and serving as Chief Product Officer of from 1998 until its acquisition by AOL for $500 million in 2004. At the time, was the world’s largest online advertising network. is widely recognized as being the pioneer of performance-based advertising online. Under his direction as Chief Product Officer,’s products and technologies won numerous awards such as ClickZ’s “Best Optimization Technology” (2002) and “Best Advertising Network” (2004).

After leaving in 2006, Mr. Ferber established an incubator to develop a number of companies, including: USONetworks/Car-Mercial, a provider of Video Search Engine Optimization solutions to automotive advertisers, and the Microgiving Foundation – a charitable crowdfunding platform. Since 2008, he has also served on the board of Videology Group. Mr. Ferber has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young LLP in 2000, as well as a Washington Techway top executive under the age of 30 in 2000, and one of ITv Recruiter Magazine’s “Top Techies to Watch” in 1999.

Mr. Ferber received his B.S. in psychology from Towson University.
